Homeopathic Hepar sulph has an affinity with the nerves, connective tissues, respiratory membranes, glands, and kidneys. 
 
Their is great hypersensitive both physically and emotionally.
On the physical level we see an oversensitivity to pain, cold, or touch. 
On the mental and emotional levels there is tremendous oversensitivity to trifles, pain, and to the least offence, all of which can produce a violent reaction.
 
Think of this remedy in cases of tonsillitis where there are sharp, stitching or splinterlike pains. This remedy can alsio be thought of for hoarse, croupy coughs and laryngitis, especially where the patient is sensitive to the least draft of air.
 
This remedy also displays a great tendency to suppuration, so think of this remedy when every little injury festers and suppurates (cold sores, boils, ulcers, unhealthy and cracked skin etc).
 
Hypersensitive emotionally & physically 
Sharp, stitching, splinter-like pains

Discharges are thick & yellow, & excretions are sour
Cough is loose, rattling, choking & suffocating
Extremely chilly & are sensitive to the least draft of air
Worse for cold, uncovering, dryness, touch, noise, lying on the painful side & exertion
 
Recommended dosage:
Acute: Take 1 dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, and then up to 3x daily if required. Stop on the change of symptoms.
 
Ingredients: Homeopathic Hepar sulph 30C.
 
Available in pillules or drops.
 
Pillules contain sucrose. Liquid remedies contain water and brandy.
