This remedy has many of the same features as Calc carb, however some changes occur from the addition of the fluoride element. 
 
As with Calc carb, Calc fluor has anxiety about health and many similar fears. 
 
The main focus of this remedy is the bones, joints and musculoskeletal system; producing hard growths.

Symptoms can be brought on after grief, from sudden and unexpected losses
Fears: poverty, heights and mice
Warm blooded and troubled by hot flushes
Flushes of heat with palpitations, alternating with chilliness
Teeth crumble and break easily
Crave: sweets, salt, sour (especially pickles)
Stiff, painful neck and bone spurs (pain extends down arm)
Joint pains ameliorated from heat and motion
Arthritic nodosities very prominent
Exostosis
Heel spurs
Injuries followed by fibrous growths
 
Recommended dosage:
Acute 30C: Take 1 dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses, and then up to 3x daily if required. Stop on the change of symptoms.
Acute 200C: Take 1 dose as required. Stop on the change of symptoms.
 
Pillules contain sucrose, and liquids contain spring water and brandy.
