Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, POLi, Laybuy, Internet transfer, and cash (if you wish to collect your order in person.)

Pricing

The prices displayed on the www.emeliarichardsonhomeopathy.co.nz website are quoted in NZD dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand GST. New Zealand GST is applicable to all orders delivered within New Zealand.

Prices for the products and services listed on the site are subject to change without any notice. We do our best to provide accurate pricing information but errors can occur from time to time. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products incorrectly priced.

Shipping

We endeavour to get your order out to you within 24 hours of the nearest working days.  We use NZ Post as our main courier service, they send to physical addresses and also PO Box's. If you are rural delivery, once dispatched please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.

Returns of Homeopathic Remedies & Bush Flower Essences

If you change your mind about a homeopathic remedy or bush flower essence, we will endeavour to cancel and refund your order if it has not already been dispatched, however this may not always be possible. Please make sure you contact us with your order details as soon as possible.

Once a homeopathic remedy or flower essence has left the clinic, it will not be refunded, except for one of the following reasons:

  • Faulty product

  • Defective product

  • A mistake made by Emelia Richardson Homeopathy

If the product is faulty, defective or a mistake has been made which is our doing, we will exchange for another exact item or refund you your money including freight charges with no cost to you.

Returns of Health Supplements & Miscellaneous Items

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14days of you receiving the product and we will exchange the product for an equal or lesser amount or refund your money, there may be additional freight costs relating to this, original delivery fees are non refundable. This policy excludes the refund of Homeopathic Remedies and Bush Flower Essences
